• 5. Wire transfers and fraud prevention▾

  Real estate wire fraud is a serious risk. Keystone Title & Escrow will never send you new or changed wire instructions by email. Before sending any funds, you must independently verify wire instructions by calling our office at a known number, not one provided in an email. We are not responsible for losses resulting from instructions you did not verify with us directly by phone.
