Our story
Keystone Title & Escrow opened its doors in Phoenix to fix something we kept seeing in the industry: closings that were fast for professionals but frightening for buyers, or friendly for buyers but frustratingly slow for the agents and lenders who send repeat business. We decided we didn't have to choose. Our team of licensed escrow officers and title examiners built a company around doing both jobs well at the same time — clearing title defects quickly and quietly for our partners, while sitting down with buyers to explain, in plain English, exactly where their money goes and how it stays safe. Every file we open is handled by a named escrow officer, not a queue.
